Laquered Maple
Hard Maple (AKA Sugar Maple and Rock Maple) comes from the same tree that produces Maple syrup. It grows mostly in the northeast U.S.A. and in Canada. It is an extremely hard and durable wood and is commonly used for guitars, baseball bats, butcher blocks, flooring and cabinetry. The Black Maple Slay-Frame is coated with Black protective varnish.
Guitar Recommendations:
The black stand will blend with all guitar finishes and surrounding furnishings.
